Draw a line under this and start new again. It's part of life to feel upset, its going to take time and patience to learn better coping skills. Alternatives to cutting. The alternative won't seem effective either for sometime- but eventually they will. And you're under so much stress right now. As long as you are hygienic and make the shallowist of wounds, until you can feel calmer enough to seek out alternatives, take care. But you know this! Shah. X
